INVOCATION

Blessing of Business Establishment

            Lord our God, full of love and mercy.  

 Thank You for the life we have, for the place where we live, and for the loving family and friends.  We praise You, Lord, for endowing us with talents and skills.  We can speak and think, we can write and draw, we can create and work.  Thank You for all these gifts.

            Now, as we have gathered here, we ask you to help us and to use it for Your greater glory, not for any selfish motive.  Help us to use it in the service of others, not only for our own advantages.  And help us to utilize this for the common good, not for the profit of a few.

            Above all, what we learn we offer back to You, Lord.  What we receive we return to You.  This we ask, through Your Holy name.
